Bay, with its dramatic backdrop, is one of the best places to An abundance of marine life and spectacular scenery is what draws visitors and locals to Kealakekua Bay. A school of spinner dolphins resides in the conservation area and are most likely to be active in the mornings,which is before most of the boats arrive. Monument. Sometimes spinner dolphins can be seen in the bay swimming and jumping
into the air. It is truly an amazing view.
