The owners of the French Tulip, inc., Daniel and Laetitia Phelps were previously located in Bordeaux, France. There they owned a flower shop called Blooming Garden. Prior to this they lived in San Francisco and worked for the French Tulip for over 6 years. When the opportunity came to buy the French Tulip and move back to San Francisco they did not hesitate... The French Tulip, inc. now specializes in natural French garden arrangements which are typically low and lush. They use fresh cut flowers in clear glass containers, rustic French tins, or simply hand-tied.
