The Best of Maui

Maui, one of the Hawaiian Islands offers everything from relaxation and tranquility to a wide range of activities for the active vacationer. For those who choose to relax, its beautiful beaches are as relaxing as they are inviting. And for active vacationers, Maui offers scuba diving, sailing, hiking, snorkeling, horseback riding and so much more.

Confused about where to stay, eat, and play while in Maui. Well we at GenxRevealed have done an extensive research to create the "Best of the Best". Enjoy!

Best Inn - Lahaina Inn

Lahaina Inn located right in the heart of historic Lahaina town, a block from the ocean, is a beautifully renovated jewel. Its rooms although small, are nicely appointed and furnished with restored antique furniture. You will discover that although all its rooms have central air-conditioning, in-room classical music, and phones, none of the rooms have a television set but that only adds to its ambience. Besides, who needs to watch television when in Maui? In the evening, the balcony lanai is an ideal place to relax in the golden glow of the setting sun before heading out for dinner. It's friendly staff makes you fell like family. Unlike the larger hotels in Maui, rates here start only $125 including continental breakfast. This property is Maui's best kept secret. Best Polynesian Feast and Shows - Feast at Lele

Located at water's edge, the Feast at Lele is unlike any other dinner show. It is Maui's only fine-dining dinner show. It offers its guests a fine-dining dinner show. It offers its guests a five-course sit-down dinner by famed Chef James McDonald. Each course is dedicated to an island culture - Hawaiian, Tonga, Tahiti, and Samoa - comprised of gourmet versions of foods from the native cuisine. Between each course is a performance of native song and dance from each island group. The evening ends with the dazzling, crowd-pleasing fire knife dancer. The Feast at Lele, 505 Front St., (808) 667-5353, www.feastatlele.com

Best Luau - Old Lahaina Luau

Brought to you by the owners of "The Feast of Lele", the Old Lahaina Luau has been considered the best Luau in all of Hawaii. This authentic Hawaiian luau is complete with a dinner feast, live music, art and dance of Hawaii on a beach overlooking the beautiful Maui sunset. As the guest enter the luau, they are greeted with tropical drinks and later welcomed to witness the unearthing of the pig which has been cooking in the imu (underground oven) all day. During dinner, the guests enjoy the roasted pig also with other authentic Hawaiian cuisine while been entertained by the Hawaiian dancers.
