plan. Blame it on our image conscious society, but you would have to travel to

The
reason we gain weight varies from person to person. For example, studies show
that people who travel often tend to gain weight easily since they eat out often.
While others may gain weight as a result of pregnancy, holidays like Christmas
or even depression. But gaining weight is bad news. With diabetes at an all times
high, we should all try to stay in good health. The
good news is that unlike Las Vegas, where the house always wins, we can all win
the weight loss game. So forget cloning yourself to look like you're a celebrity.
Since most people gain weight from inactivity and eating even when they are not
hungry, the secret to losing weight is to replace the inactivity with some activity.
The next time you are tempted to eat even though you are not hunger, make a conscious
decision to do something else. It doesn't matter what you do, whether you decide
to do something fun, exciting or educational, what matters is that you do something. The

jokes are the best medicine.
5. Instead of driving to pay your mortgages,
walk instead. Walking is the best exercise for weight loss.
6. The next
time you are bored, try to memorize the lyrics to your favorite songs instead
of cleaning up your kitchen with you mouth.
7. Books - aren't they great.
Instead of going to the movies to watch Lords of the rings or Harry Potter, why
not read the books instead. You can even pick up a dictionary and learn some new
